We say goodbye to Daisy
It is with a heavy heart we say goodby to our faithful and silly shop dog Daisy. She was a trooper right to the end. Goofy, sweet, loyal, dumb as a rock but always entertaining. After a 3 year bout of Addison’s Disease and daily Prednisone doses the steroids finally took their toll on her body and organs. Her last day was a beautiful sunny one and we went out into the garden and ate tomatoes (who ever heard of a dog that likes tomatoes ?) and laid on the grass in the sun. She had a terrific 11 year run, which is very impressive for a Pug. We’ll miss you Daisy!
Guarding the door from unwanted visitors! Or squirrels, birds or anything that moves….
Keeping a close eye on those shavings….
