When I’m working in my shop it can get noisy and calamitous so I frequently can’t hear or get to the phone. E-mail is the most reliable way to reach me.
I make every effort to return e-mails and calls promptly. So leave a message and I’ll get back to you the very first chance I get. I’m on Pacific Standard Time, so if your time zone is different be sure to let me know and what’s the best time to call or write.
